Estamos felizes em ver que a atualização da parte 2, que gira em torno da mecânica da prefeitura, foi bem recebida até agora. Agora, após o período eleitoral que terminou no fim de semana passado, o escalonamento dos assentos na prefeitura é totalmente baseado nos números reais calculados a partir da atividade do servidor. Os períodos eleitorais anteriores ainda se beneficiaram de uma vantagem inicial na contagem de assentos que demos a todos os servidores quando a atualização foi lançada, resultando em um número maior de assentos que sofreu um declínio gradual até o período eleitoral atual.
Enquanto isso, estávamos trabalhando na Parte 3 do conceito de Endgame, que é centrado nos locais do jogo (também conhecidos como edifícios) para ganhar fama. É a mais complexa de nossas atualizações porque tem impacto direto na jogabilidade com a qual todos vocês estão familiarizados, mas ainda deve conter soluções e melhorias alinhadas com os objetivos que estabelecemos como desenvolvedores. Uma fera complicada, com certeza, que nos levou a algumas iterações em várias ideias e conceitos até que finalmente chegamos a um ponto em que sentimos que podemos compartilhar algo com vocês. O conceito de design ainda é um rascunho inicial que queremos melhorar com base no seu feedback. Então, deixe-nos dar uma visão geral do que está planejado até agora:
Objetivos principais:
- Permita que clãs menores tenham acesso aos itens de fama dos edifícios sem a necessidade de fazer parte de uma grande aliança.
- Melhore a jogabilidade em torno dos edifícios para defensores e atacantes. Um objetivo principal é facilitar o sucesso dos invasores.
Resumo do conceito:
Todos os edifícios em todas as zonas terão uma fase de transferência diária sincronizada de 4 horas, onde estarão abertos para aquisições. As aquisições bem-sucedidas passarão automaticamente o prédio para o invasor. Só pode haver uma aquisição bem-sucedida de um determinado edifício durante a fase de transferência de 4 horas, o que significa que se você tiver sucesso na aquisição de um edifício, ele estará seguro até a fase de transferência do dia seguinte. Os itens produzidos pelos edifícios são automaticamente entregues ao clã proprietário do edifício no momento em que a fase de transferência termina.

Mudanças notáveis do conceito:
- Os pacotes de suprimentos custarão dólares do clã em vez de moedas de ouro.
- O rendimento começará num novo nível mínimo quando um edifício for propriedade de um novo proprietário; ele pode então ser atualizado para níveis mais altos usando pacotes de suprimentos. (O rendimento não mudará mais aleatoriamente.)
- Defender e atacar só é possível dentro de uma fase definida de 4 horas por dia.
- Não há mais coleta manual de itens de fama em edifícios; em vez disso, os itens são coletados automaticamente uma vez por dia.
- Construindo mudanças de ataque/defesa
- Se pelo menos um invasor estiver na área do edifício, o edifício será drenado a uma taxa fixa.
- Se um defensor estiver na área de construção, o status da construção será preenchido novamente a uma taxa fixa inferior à taxa de drenagem.
- No caso de vários clãs participarem do mesmo ataque, o clã com mais “tempo de drenagem” fica com o prédio.
- Atacar um edifício não requer mais o uso de nenhum item.
Tentamos manter certos elementos como estão nos servidores ativos, mas ajustamos aspectos importantes para mudar a forma como os locais/edifícios serão abordados no futuro. Isso nos permitirá trazer a atualização muito antes de algo que mude completamente o sistema central.
Planejamos fazer um teste público de RTP com um mapa aberto para lutas em torno de edifícios também, para que você possa participar para acesso antecipado e rodada de feedback para nos ajudar a moldar a atualização.
Embora as mudanças acima se apliquem tanto aos Travel Gates quanto às Claims, também está planejado ter uma jogabilidade adicional e especial para os edifícios Claim como uma atualização posterior que será diferente da luta em torno dos Travel Gates.

its an MMORPG. they dont need a sequel4 hours to attack? Are you sure this is the best solution found? I thought I would find a lot of changes and improvements after not being near this game or the forum for so long, but it seems to be getting worse and worse. Seriously guys, urgently consider creating a Dino Storm 2, do crowdfunding, there are people who love this game and who would be willing to help bring it the recognition it once deserved.

As far as I remember, the locations of buildings in Old maps were very difficult / narrowed. They were located in some kind of chocke points (?) and that made fighting and defending not so much balanced. Like there wasn't any place for fight and it made both attacking and defending harder. Like just imagine when big war is happening and over 100 people take part in it. How would they all fit in 1 road between mountains (the edges of the map)? It was just one big chaos. Idk if that's the reason, it's just my idea xddbtw (sorry for topic change) could i get a good explanation on why the maps changed after 2016. still cant wrap my head around it. in my opinion the old was better. More work doesnt always guarantee better outcome.

When the idea to linearize the maps came up I did not like it either in the beginning. It decision was made mainly to make it easier for new players to find a good flow of progression and not get lost in seperate maps directly in the beginning of the game after reaching dinoville. It also helped to structure the maps better where the npcs, buildings and tiers to be placed and keep the quest within their level areas.btw (sorry for topic change) could i get a good explanation on why the maps changed after 2016. still cant wrap my head around it. in my opinion the old was better. rest of the patch notes not mentioned today because they were great. but today we still talk about lineraized maps because it was not welcomed. even after 8 years almost every player absolutely finds lineraized maps fun-breakerIt was an huge update that changed a lot of aspects at the same time
player markets are different, westerners does not pay same as easterners. therefore your suggestion would break game balance. cheap market accounts will be farming real life money for in-game supply packs for westerners. this will also affect income of the splitscreen studios. so no, this is not possible at allA very random question. Given the recent incidents of account bans for sharing, looking at accessing accounts to "buy gold coins", wouldn't it be an alternative to implement a system in which players can make "exchanges" between players? In the sense of, I need supplies to power the portals, so my friend who has them can buy them with his money and give them to me. We don't know for sure if this would prevent a percentage of account sharing but it is a way that could be useful.

nah i dont think that is wise. since any limiting game feature is a bad thing. i think you splitscreen should rather adopt a dds to gold exchange market. (look up how its done in albion online. that is genious.) this way people could slowly but surely farm gold by farming dds. the gold supply is limited and with every gc purchased the available gold is increased making the dds to gc convertion cheaper. now you only need a way to trade dds and items. this way you can get everything you want by farming ingame and not having to resort to rmt. the final suggestion would be a dino token. so that you can buy gold or sell gold to splitscreen directly for cash. When you sell for cash, the amount of gold gets deleted in the market and the dds price goes up, making other people buy more gc.Or for this to happen, trades like this would be allowed only from the same region accounts / same shops. Imagine 55lvl having Milions of dd and converting them all to gc = easy all 55 stuff without need of unlocking it. I just don't like it because it would make 55lvl stuff not so high valuable afterall. Maybe we can just boost drop rate of gc after completing transporter missions?
