This Update will be AMAZING! Hope you bring more information about those implants, techs, the new gun!
But my question is; ¿We have to maximize our level to unlock new teleports & claims, or they will be free lvl unlockable?

They should at least change at least the size of the dinos level of 45 players, at least to differentiate the level 20 in some, but I still think they should give a new appearance to the dinos.

So, what about the dinos we hunt? Are say lvl 36-40 going to be moved into cold claw since lvl 41-45 dinos won't be able to fill the map, or is the map just going to be smaller?

Make it able on the Fusion thing to create things to upgrade dinos, implants & weapons.
So:
Lvl 1 DNA + Lvl 1 DNA + Lvl 1 DNA = Lvl 5 DNA
Lvl 5 DNA + Lvl 5 DNA + Lvl 5 DNA = Lvl 10 DNA

And so, until 40.
