• Watch your email inbox for an automated email from the support system that contains a verification link; click that link in order to activate your support account

I am writing to seek assistance regarding an issue with my Dino Storm account. I originally created my character while residing in Romania. Recently, I have relocated to Germany, and since the move, I have encountered difficulties purchasing Gold Coins. The payment options available to me do not seem to align with my current location, and I am unable to complete any transactions.


Additionally, I have noticed that the pricing for Gold Coins has changed, likely due to regional differences. I would like to request that the original pricing associated with my account be maintained, despite my change in location.


Could you please advise on how to adjust my account settings to reflect my new location in Germany and maintain the original pricing? I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter.

Like with the email change here on the Forum, the support system email doesn’t work. You get a message saying: “Thank you for registering. We have sent you an email with an activation link to verify your email address.” But that email never arrives in your inbox, not even in the spam folder.

I don't know if its working now but once I had problem with resetting my support account password, so I had to create another one (years years ago).

(confirmation mail never came)
