Hello, I wanted to send a ticket about a problem with my game account, but i don't know how to send support tickets. I would be very grateful if someone explain me how.

Since this seems to be your first time contacting support, you will first need to register a support account:
  • Go to https://support.splitscreenstudios.com/
  • Click on "Register" and follow the instructions
  • Watch your email inbox for an automated email from the support system that contains a verification link; click that link in order to activate your support account
  • Return to https://support.splitscreenstudios.com/ and log in with your support login data
  • Click on "Get Help" and follow the instructions

I am writing to seek assistance regarding an issue with my Dino Storm account. I originally created my character while residing in Romania. Recently, I have relocated to Germany, and since the move, I have encountered difficulties purchasing Gold Coins. The payment options available to me do not seem to align with my current location, and I am unable to complete any transactions.


Additionally, I have noticed that the pricing for Gold Coins has changed, likely due to regional differences. I would like to request that the original pricing associated with my account be maintained, despite my change in location.


Could you please advise on how to adjust my account settings to reflect my new location in Germany and maintain the original pricing? I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter.
