I dunno if the drops got screwed up after the update or whatever, but I'm updating the list again.

The drops are random,but i have seen some players using an unique skin like ring dots red and blue,aborigine orange and blue and so on.You still have to triforge it to make those kind of items.

I got NonFossil Fuel from a normal (Centrosaurus) Bandit just now, so it's not limited to the Veteran Bandits.

I don't remember which update it was but some time ago it happened and now all lvl 20 mobs will drop all lvl 20 stuff. For example lvl 20 smilodons will drop all lvl 20 stuff. Same is the case with all other levels.
