Well when you only have 2 guns 55 and others locked you don’t have choice for other guns. Same with implants and techs, no choice, and to unlock them would be a pain now.

The drop frequency and amount of drop itself needs to be reviewed for all levels. No question in that.

Have you already participated in a war in the update?
On my server (America 1) we are in a war, and the fighting is very, very fun since you can do many things such as tank (parasaurus), go to the front as a scout (coelo, pachy) give support with a weapon (Brachy and Anky) , Go after enemy Rex (Centrosaurus and Carnotaurus), Delete rivals (Rex)​

so what about people hunting? what about people that don't have rex? what about people that don't have carno? how can they get carno or rex how can they hunt stones? how can they hunt anything considering the fact not everyone has vios how can i farm dd if killing one smilo takes a minute? this is not ptr not everyone is level 50 not everyone got all the imps techs dinos guns we can't change the stuff to our liking some people are stuck with what they have with no hope of having it anyway better i got gattling anky nothing else and my pve takes more than a minute for each animal i cant get stones i cant get dd and im level 50 Suggest a way for me to have any PROGRESS?

It does not make sense that you survive more 1vs4 than 1vs2, that does not happen to me

Well when I first entered the game I went to mm and then I killed myself with a pack of bandits and it took like 30 seconds. And if I were to shoot maybe only 2, I’d die faster than that. It didn’t seem like it had any logic. I know rex should be best of the game, but also shouldn’t be that overpowered. Imagine the small servers where sheriff is easy, guess all battles with rex and dying fast there at least xd

Personally, the only problem for most of us here is the PvE. It's hard to kill without violent boosters. and some of the mobs does high damage, and the drops are insanely low that they demotivate players to even hunt.

I think that you do have the data of how many players killed mobs after update was appied.

Also, the update which was applied today, I don't really noticed any change. The unfair fight is stilll here, it still takes me the same time to kill a low level as before the patch.

hmm ok coelo is no ideal and it takes a bit of time yes. but why do you avoid the basic boosters, they are drop from every single unit in the game.
Also to play a bit more into the advantage of the coelo switch range for freeze module and recovery with agility; also cloths with a mix of damage and strength. and maybe exchange the gatling with colt or stopper.

Precisely the point i'm trying to bring here. Before the updates arrives nobody was sure of the exact combination for hunt. Now, they know what dino & weapon is best for hunt but they are still stucked with their old combo that was best in hunt in the old patch, now imagine those players, how long would it take them to collect their stuff and upgrade those??

Also, in PTR, it was a fat mistake to give Quality 10 clothes, because in one server only a handful of people have those.

What you mention about the violent enhancers is a good point, it would be very nutritious that from now on in most events they give 30-day violent damage enhancers as a reward. This would not reduce the gold recharges at all, I being able to recharge, not only would I take the violent boosters of 30 days of the event, but I would also buy more by auction since they are very very good

The fact is , freeze module is unlocked at 49 i think. And can’t expect everyone to buy it with gold. Either remove the locks, or find a way around it because i think removing locks makes it far too easy anyways. Another thing is that for lower levels the basic booster runs out fast. The rate of them dropping isn’t as good as in mm, I think. Since noticed that as a low level that they run out so quick.

Obviously you are a developper, you've never even tried to hunt for about 2 hour to even know how the drop algorithm even work in practice.

How can a level 40 already have Freeze tech when it's unlocked at level 49?
And Showstopper unlock at level 51.
And i'm taking the worst case scenario, if the basic boosters have ended, it's like an "uncommon'' item that doesn't always drop from every unit. Assuming it drop from every unit, the player has Gatling which eats the boosters faster.

Also, the player did have Strength and Damage clothes. not quality 10 but most of them was over quality 3.

Let's go in parts... that people were used to their combos from the previous patch is something funny, since to hunt it was to use rex with gatling and the bleeding of the gatling, or pachy, carno or anky with yager.. nothing more worked, implants: vitality, recovery, armor and strength, technos: damage, precision, penetration and range. XD

How can a sane player who knows the game algorithm better than the creator not get mad at that reply?

Also the amount of noises that has been taking places on the Forum since the last 24 hour of the Balancing Update, most have been having issues with PvE. But did the Developper even acknowledge it? Many has been asking about drop rate, any answer on that? Developer Faye even said that they won't change the drop rate when she was online.

I'm not attacking, just stating fact here.

Edit: All the ideas have already been suggested but it's the devs that still have to reply to them. It's not really possible when there's no communication on the other side.

lol and about the weapon damage i attacked a clanmate level 53 im level 50 got vios on he had brachio i left the attack on ''gun damage' only for 25 minutes went to do something came back found him still at 60% i know other combos like rex/carno can dissolve that hp there are ways to dissolve the hp there are ways to work around it but i dont have those ways and i can't get those ways if i hunt 4 items per minute and the stone droprate for me isn't that exciting i get 1 stone per 15 smilos i know if i spend time ill get it done in a few months but i got a job i got college i can't dedicate all my time in dinostorm lmao so i don't know what can i do anymore i can't even hunt

All this is false.
Recovery is good since after combat health recovers faster, for damagers its not as useful for tanks.
Armor is still good for hunting, before not many ppl used it in pvp bcs of pene, but this will still stay.
Pene affects both dino and gun hits, so if you want win vs player with armor, you need it.
Precision now is affecting both dino and gun hits.

Right now there is no "meta", armor to hunt was always useful, and now it still is, for war there was always penetration.
Precision right now is very useful, since with a precision value of 0 you will not be able to make a critical hit, and not only that but it is greatly enhanced with abilities such as the vulnerability of Gatling and Centrosaurus, or increased Critical of Carnotaurus.
Penetration works, nullifies up to 99% of armor.
Range also works, for those who want to play at a distance, if they are facing someone without range they will always win and more if they use a weapon that has range like the peacemaker or the Yager or even Gatling

About range, it's necessary (except maybe peacemaker, bcs it has more range than any gun even with range tech, except yager) if you want to fight in far range or catch those who play in far range.

my point is it's not ranged pvp anymore, it's just close quarters, because you don't do any significant dmg from ranged

i use gatling/yager and i use ankly and my dino skills do absloutley no damage since my strength is at 40 i came back attacked with skills kept spamming vunerability and i still can't inflict enough damage how can this be balanced how can two tanks fighting eachother never die for servers that are still super active that would be fine since you all can just priortize scouts front damage dealers in the back low levels sides you can have fun through the update but servers that aren't that active as lets say Am servers and there are just like one dude online in the entire clan to defend it and one guy is draining as an example they both use brachio they both only have brachio and they both will not die no matter how much skills you use so the game is not ok simply and for me that isn't level 55 yet and i don't have all guns imps techs dinos im ruled out of the equation any level 55 with full set of everything can just counter me and ill be useless and i can't get anything to fight back so still theres no way around it either make droprates good or make pve balanced and thats a fact and everyone acknowledges that

how can i make full use during fighting smilos if they stick to me the entire pvp and i can't use any gun skills? i must stun them and run and for that brief moment they lose minimal hp and then they stick back to me well if i had a carno rex i wouldn't mind a close quarter battle but with anky gatling? yeah i won't die but neither will the smilo lmao

atleast before when i was level 50 i would use vios and try to outsmart people that are max but now how can i ever beat a level 55 im just as useless as a level 10 now you can't actually have fun until you are level 55 with everything and all the other people will just be like pawns in a chess game
