Ongoing failure to reset password

I have been at it for weeks now trying to reset the password on my account so I can login and level up, and my ticket isn't being helped. I don't recall making any purchases on my account, but I also remember receiving Dino Storm Plus clothes for a little while. I don't remember if that's swag or not, I see a lot of people wearing the same clothes starting out.

I provided some information, you all said it was wrong, and I don't know how to proceed. Please let me reset my password so I can get back in there and play again.
