Currently there is no hint for that. Usually when the server restarts they are spawned directly in the beginning. After a group is killed they will respawn after 3hours. So each group is handled by themsleves. As they move around the map you will eventually run into the groups quickly.Maybe I missed something.
But there's no indication of where the next group will spawn? or even a timer? We just have to wait? and wander around?

which basically means playing for 1,000 days (if you kill 4 bosses per day) = 2 years and 9 months.
Honestly, that's a lot.
Obviously, it could be a little less if you kill about 6-8 per day, but that reduction doesn't lessen the exaggerated amount of time it takes to obtain things.

I understand and appreciate the idea of long-term rewards, I like it that way, but in the end, they're just cosmetic items, nothing spectacular.I think killing four of these per day is a big overestimate. Many players log in for only a couple of hours, and realistically they can defeat only one of these bosses per day (only counting natural spawns). I do not see a problem with having a long-term goal, but it can be very demotivating that the Devs chose a feature that many players wanted to experience as soon as possible and tied it to such a long grind.
