Hello Ladies and Gentlemen,
since the update of the map in 2016 which brought the addition of the current Road like maps, many of us did not like this addition at all. When farming, doing pvp we always choose a open land area in order to do that more freely. It would not be a bad idea to think about overhauling the maps (like merging them and widening them too). This could really add that layer of complexity at warfare too. Like for example you have to defend a gate from 6 sides. Wars could be done with more strategys.
What i think about (I took Kalimdor from WoW as a reference but obviusly you should arrange it in other ways):
EXAMPLE:
Blue line: possible route
Red line: possible route
It could make for more dynamic warfare especially when all the gates are under attack.
Additionally it makes hunting, farming, events, even potential world bosses (if you consider that) more fun to clash.
But then people may run into higher tier areas (as i said: not maps. There should only be one massive map) without even noticing!
Add a Warning or make the player x% faster as the enemy is stronger.
I really belive this addition will make the game more fun towards wars. For example EU1 is currently "peaceful" which only makes the server more dead because there is no "imperial" objective.
