I have the same feeling. I could said that we are weaker, but the stats are the same like before. So I would have to say that bandits are getting stronger. Way stronger, even if I have Armor lvl 55, Dino Defense lvl 55, Cyber Rex (that gives extra armor) and Supreme Colt (it gives extra dino defense). I die like bandits were using Violent boosters.

u can add too target is evading which happens sometimes and the behaviour of bandits rn that feels like areal player x-x

iam not overreacting but now so hard to hunt in higher areas and even farming gold too !
Thought I was the only one who cried about this few days ago.

They are hell to kill let alone using vios.
90% guaranteed death if we hunt lvl 55 bandit groups cuz no barriers available in that stupid 55 less area density zone :')

Mobs and players are crammed like sardines in a box.

Damage dealt by bandits abilities was almost doubled. At the beginning of cyber monster update, the bandits ignored armor. The purpose of this is to basically force people to always use load premium ammo. After 2019 update that rescaled HP, basic boosters became mandatory for free2play people.

The behaviour was also changed: the weak bandit comes always in melee range to slow us down and the stronger bandit uses the gun to deal damage and statuses like slow and shock, as well they extra power which seems to fill fast, only from 1 of our ability damage. It is a very cancerous experience.

Cyber giant update has introduced also more bugs/horrible features:- such as untargetable players after teleporting/using recovery kit. the Alt+click just goes through everything as nobody is there for 3s. Player circles targeting is so bad, it never selects the target I want, always having to use Alt+click and then read the name. Same with mobs after they return to their position, clicking on them is basically click on the ground. I wish to get the old target selection feature in settings
- camera spazzing up so fast in a cartoonish way when near a hill. that feature needs to be removed.
- monster cybers constantly block ways that we need to reach. the herds simply bug out and patrol a very small area or just stop. Cyber groups need to have their own new small area near the market in each map where they don't interfere with quests, mobs that drop items or block pathways towards gates. In Maujauk might have to add new patch of land above market, while the rest of the maps have empty land near their market

Edit: Also it seems the percentage of that parasaur abilities were forgotten. Is it intentional to be this low compared to how high other herbivores have their percentage? It's obvious that you intended to level the damage of carnivores and herbivores in 2022-23

Edit2: drop rate of clothes in the 55 area is lowered. It's such a scummy tactic. Create a problem and sell the solution.

there was a post orr 2 made about it after the update. maybe it was deleted but people 100% have been complaining about it. problem is people are tired and arent going to post all the time especially if devs dont seem to understand or care

Another urgent issue that needs fixing: using all clan boosters with high endurance destroys the fps on enemies nearby (no allied clanmates). @Highway

was going to make a post about this. i have been trying to level up, but specifically the whole "flocking" system high level bandits have, has just been ruining my gameplay. it'd be one thing to battle one bandit at a time, but when two instantly attack me, there's not even a point to try and fight back.

this isn't fun. and games are supposed to be fun. it doesn't feel like a challenge, it feels like im being abused. at this rate im just gonna quit the game again because leveling up is painful.

Actually I got used to it.

You should attack from bit far and only one bandit comes at you. 2nd bandit only comes after some seconds so follow this strategy if you wanna hunt bandit groups.

Use armour + Vita + Strength/Endu + Stabi (Use claws with caution)

Use Damage + Precision + Dino defense + Clock/Dino reflector

my experience has not been this. i can snipe with a peacemaker at one bandit, sometimes only one cames after me, sometimes it has a friend following a few seconds after, sometimes that friend reacts immediately and i am being attacked by two opponents at the same time and sometimes another bandit activates over 10 seconds after i've killed the first one. and sometimes when i escape the second bandit, it evades away but then suddenly evades back to me and kills me. that is also a "fun" thing that has happened to me more than once.

not only is the bandit behavior completely random and i cannot figure out their pattern, their damage output is insane.
if they either nerfed the damage or removed the group attack i'd be fine, because it seriously cannot be both. you cannot make enemy attack as a group and dish out insane amounts of damage. that is not player friendly

in my opinion i think the nerf of the smaller bandits is do able. it makes sense that the leaders do more damage while the followers do at least some. @orrire @Evyus thoughts?

I'm trying to kill level 54 bandits using level 52 mounts, weapons, implants, and tech, but it's an incredibly difficult task. I have to die over and over again just to farm comfortably. What a waste of time.

Por fin alguien habla de esto. ¿Cómo es posible que los bandidos tengan tantas ventajas en comparación con otros PNJ? ¿Cómo puede un bandido en Maujack infligir parálisis y ralentización, además de atacar en parejas y usar habilidades especiales, mientras que los animales comunes ni siquiera tienen habilidades (excepto quizás los dinosaurios)?
Sinceramente creo que los desarrolladores nos odian; cada actualización hace que el juego sea más tedioso, aburrido e irritante.

i am hoping this silence means they just don't want to respond to risk a worse shitshow, and are planning some balance adjustments. my biggest gripe is that this is taking way too long. this has genuinely made me believe the devs do not have "civilian" accounts they play and level up as if they were a normal player, because no way they think what the high level bandits are now are fun/provide a fun challenge.

would love though if the devs broke the silence. if nothing is said or done about the bandits in the next couple months, i'm probably just gonna abandon my account again. i don't want to put myself through this.

actually people complained a lot. nothing was changed tho. honestly the way we could attack bandits hiding behind "walls" (mountain, statues,etc) was way better and actually worked better for us but the motto is "lets do something to make the game harder" still is in place :ROFLMAO:

Espero que este silencio signifique simplemente que no quieren responder para evitar un desastre aún mayor, y que estén planeando algunos ajustes de equilibrio. Mi mayor queja es que esto está tardando demasiado. Esto me ha hecho creer sinceramente que los desarrolladores no tienen cuentas "civiles" con las que juegan y suben de nivel como si fueran jugadores normales, porque de ninguna manera piensan que los bandidos de alto nivel actuales sean divertidos o supongan un reto entretenido.

Me encantaría que los desarrolladores rompieran el silencio. Si no se dice ni se hace nada sobre los bandidos en los próximos meses, probablemente abandonaré mi cuenta de nueva. No quiero volver a pasar por esto.
Entiendo que les lleve tiempo —al fin y al cabo, son un pequeño equipo de desarrollo independiente, así que no se les puede exigir actualizaciones constantes—, pero lo que de verdad me molesta es su apatía o indiferencia hacia la comunidad. No somos muchos, así que no pueden excusarse diciendo que están saturados de mensajes; ni siquiera parecen revisar los hilos. Y en las raras ocasiones en que sí escuchan, acaban haciendo justo lo contrario de lo que la comunidad quiere; ni siquiera un compromiso a medias, ni hablar. Hacen lo que *ellos* quieren, y si no nos gusta, pues que se fastidien. Sinceramente, creo que ya no les importa el juego; solo están sacando provecho mientras pueden, y ya está.

This is already in place, but I'm talking about the amount of damage itself
