Dear community,
Our latest update has received lots of attention. Please be assured that we read all your posts and comments, both on Facebook and in our forum. We hear you, and we want to encourage you to keep up the great feedback!
At this point it should be noted that Tuesday's update has seen more positive reactions from low-level and casual players (which is the majority), but at the same time received an overwhelmingly bad response by high-level and heavy users.
We are striving to get the game's balance just right day by day, and we will always try to iron out existing problems in each of our updates. A quick glance at what we are working on right now: We are taking a hard look at values & pricing, will change townhall elections to be much more fair for both low-level and high-level players, and we are preparing a new teleporting feature that will surprise you—all of this in the next updates.
Again, we appreciate your valuable feedback! It has already helped us a lot with improving the game in the past, and it will help us in the future as well. Keep it coming!
Best,
SplitscreenStudios
P.S.: We are aware that some of you got very upset with Tuesday's changes, and we are truly sorry about that — we want the game to be fun for everyone. But no matter how angry you are, please avoid overly explicit and graphic language in your posts and comments. A high number of complaints we received did in fact address the bad language used in some posts. Please make sure that the guilt is on us for bringing a controversial update, and not on you for merely reacting to it
