What is this. 4phases lower limit is insane.

My bad the screenshot is wrong. Can't edit it anymore and the gate is gone, phase ended.

The lowest number for phases help I've seen is like 8 and highest is 70+. The point is that these gap is too large between lowest and highest margins.

Unfortunately DV taking buildings is random and sometimes number of phases gate is held is really low other times its 40+ depending on server.
