Trouble Launching

Hi everyone, i decided to revisit this game after more then 10 years, except it keeps crashing at the loading screen.

my specs are:

GPU: intel(R) UHD Graphics 730
CPU: i3-12100 3300 Mhz
OS: Windows 11
RAM: 16 GB DDR4

Any help will be appreciated.
