After looking at the new stats I think there's a major balance problem for the rex. Even with a strength implant my T Rex only hits 20% harder than my peacemaker.
The main problem with this is that the rex sacrifices HP for superior damage, but any tank can at least come close to the same damage by simply moving out of melee range and using their gun. And that's not even taking into account the extra damage that the gun can get from precision and clock. All in all the guns might actually match or even exceed the overall damage of the Rex! I'm not sure what buffing the guns and nerfing the Rex was supposed to balance, but the T Rex needs to go back to being the powerhouse that it was before the Triforge update.
