I want to share my thoughts on the recent evolution changes in the game. As a player since 2014, I’ve seen both positive and negative updates, and this latest change is disappointing. It removes essential parts of the progression system, impacting the experience for new and returning players.
The grind feels heavier, and without visual evolution stages, engagement suffers. Now, a level 35 dinosaur looks just like a level 10, making progress feel meaningless. Many players, including some who returned after a long break, quickly lost interest.
The gap between levels 20 and 50 is excessive, with players stuck on the same model for nearly 30 levels. Many newcomers leave before reaching level 55, missing key content. This system assumes everyone will reach max level, which isn't how most players engage.
We need better ways to keep players interested at lower levels. Adding an evolution at level 30 could show that progress matters. The community is expressing concern over these issues and desires a return to the old progression structure.
I urge the development team to reconsider this decision. Restoring the previous evolution stages would show you value player experience and help sustain the game’s community.
