REFLECT IMPLANT AND TECH NEEDS TO BE REWORKED !!!

Reflect implant and tech is too over powered especially on tanks i propose that both weapon reflect and dino reflect wont activate simultaneously

both reflect wont activate simultaneously rather the active reflect should ware off in order for the other reflect to take effect

having both reflects gives dino's with more hitpoints major advantage compared to dinos with less HP

which makes is impossible to kill tanks in battle

I hope ref get reworked and GMs consider my opinion :)

I think that not only the implant and tech, the recovery implant also needs balancing...
Well, let's talk about possible solutions for these two mentioned first. I believe, in my opinion, that the best way to fix this is by nerfing the percentage of damage and strength that these implants can reflect. That is, the more base health the dino using the implant and tech has, the less percentage of damage it can reflect. This could balance things out.

Now, regarding the recovery implant, I believe that with the buff it has become very overpowered, especially in afk drains. What I think could fix this would be a balancing that reduces the proportion of healing that this implant causes within the attack/defense zones, just as the damage dealt and received is greatly reduced when we are in the conflict zones, the recovery implant should also be reduced.

Another interesting thing to do with this implant would be to use it to reduce the combat transition wait time (that time we wait for the health bar to recover on its own when we stop attacking a target). This would greatly help in hunting and between combat, etc. I believe this would truly bring functionality to such a forgotten implant.
