Oh and a very rare lvl 10 skin is Shade Green Aborigine.

Personally the rarest skins are those few that don't degrade from when the closed beta was active. During that time no items degraded and even fame didn't go down. As a show of faith for the change. Those players with items in closed beta kept the rare non degrading skin. I am lucky to still have my red muscle and green stripe non degradeable. As far as rarest to get skin goes I think the loyalty tiger skin is the rarest.

I know what are you talking about, and armor is not skin.

The armor was actually meant to make an appearence back into the game as a visual look but I've not heard anything of it since.
