I have been thinking about how to make this implant viable because i have not seen a single soul use it since its release.
I came up with this idea: The higher the extra power bar the more damage your dino will do.
I thought on how the aim tech works which is: the further you are from the enemy the more damage your gun will do
So my idea behind this is instead of just getting extra bar progress from getting attacked using rage implant make it so the more the bar is filled up the more damage your dino will do, or even better keep them both: bar fills faster + extra dino damage.
Think of it as a berserk buff, if you decide to keep the the bar your dino will do more damage but you wont use any of the 4 abilities extra power
but if you decide to use one the bar resets and so does your dino damage.
So technically its a choice between saving power for some extra dino damage before spending the extra power bar.
