PTR 1249 Changelog
- Added 10 seconds cooldown block drain/repair buildings after an instant rescue
- Note: This is to counter the tactic to simply instant rescue within the building area. If this works well it will be replaced with a proper status effect so you can see the timer/icon etc.
- Fixed duplicated damage indicators on the buildings
- Implemented limitation for parallel logged in users from the same network session
