Pickup Bug Abuse— Hotfix needed

It is impossible to collect the normal eggs that spawn in maps because some players stay at one spot and keep on collecting the eggs which spawn in less than 1 second.

This prevents the eggs from spawning in other locations.

This bug was also present during the previous event, which has not been fixed.

Maujak map.

Despite 50+ players in the same map, there's rarely egg spawn, if there is, they are bugged.

Its working. There a pleenty of eggs spawned at the same time. We added more locations and you need to search more for them.

If collected fast enough, the spawn area is not chosen randomly. Multiple players are abusing this mechanic, which causes everyone else to be unable to collect any eggs while they are doing it. All of the eggs spawn at the feet of that player, leaving nothing behind for players that are walking around the map.
The same bug happened with the last event (Valentines) and the ingredient would keep respawning at the feet of the bug abuser.

Ahh thats a good info and helpfull why this is happening. We will look into a fix but most certainly not over the eatser weekend. The eggs are still spread around so it should be workable but not as ideal as it should be.

Hello, since the event arrived, there's a glitch going on. When an egg is spawning and you instantly collect it, the egg keeps spawing and that glitch doesn't give other people the chance to do the event because eggs are not spawning anymore on the map. That is happening in every map since the event was launched.

-Somewhere in the past 3-4-5 years you've changed the item spawn rate. The base spawn rate was higher, a lot more items were laying around, regardless of map activity.

-Now the Dinoville and Maujak Mountain have the highest spawn rate due to being the most frequented maps, but only during day and evening. During night and morning even these 2 are dead and barren.

-This is FOMO = fear of missing out. People rush in the first 1-2 days to complete the event because if you don't go with the flow of people at the beginning, you will suffer at the end of the event trying to kill the monsters alone + trying to find items (eggs/ingredients).

The number of ingredients requiered for Valentine's event was insane (2500).

I also see that the Xmas event requires 2000 items and lasts for 2 weeks. This is way too hard compared to what the event was in the past (1000 items for 1 month). I do think Xmas is the least completed event.

GOOD new implementations: fixed numbers of eggs for Easter.
