- The 15-minute war phase feels too short because:
- One crash or disconnect can cost you several minutes.
- Travel time and loading delays reduce active fighting time.
- Hard to plan coordinated attacks or siege pushes.
- Defenders can upgrade gates during the phase, while attackers are limited (maybe one gel use).
- Small interruptions (travel sickness, etc.) have a big impact.

- Increase Phase Duration
- Extend to 20–25 minutes, giving players time to regroup after a crash.
- Makes bigger strategies (multi-gate or team split) more viable.
- Attack Boost Options
- Add Clan DD boosts (e.g., 1.5x, 2x, 3x) to speed up sieges temporarily.
- Could be a consumable or clan ability with cooldowns.
- Prevent “Alt Clan” Abuse
- Some clans use alts with 3–4 “building max HP” setups to stall attackers.
- Consider making gate HP scale by participation or limit inactive alt clans’ defenses.
- Bandit NPC System (Highway’s idea)
- Introduce bandit NPCs that drain gates or assist attackers.
- Could tie into a new questline or fame system, e.g.:
- “Bandit Quest: Raid Kearny and rob the gold mine.”
- Rewards: Fame, gold, or items for summoning bandits during wars.
- Adds PvE–PvP crossover and lore depth.

Extending war phases and adding dynamic NPC elements would:
- Balance defender vs. attacker opportunities.
- Reward strategic planning.
- Reduce frustration from technical issues.
- Expand gameplay with new quests and fame paths.
