Not understanding Jan 10th change

I think only people in a clan can attack sites now.

bruh I didnt even know they changed it so clanless people could attack sites XD

It was a bug reported by some users. During an attack of an building an attacker or defender has changed the clan and it caused issues with the building combat rules
