Well... this happens a lot. The same goes for maps without, or with very few, teleportation gates.

Whenever players teleport to Hays in MW their map is simply bugging like that, happens to multiple it can't be an internet issue with everyone

We haven't been able to reproduce this behavior. If you have a video recording of the issue as it is happening, please contact support.
