New "add x fame" for elections

Not really a huge feature, but a nice qol. For example if I have 40352 fame I spent to become governor, and I have an extra 903673 fame that I want to spend to become governor, I can type 903673 and add it to the fame I've spent, rather than do 40352 + 903673 and then bid that amount
