so in the game we have gm's or the support team.i need an email or something of those persons who are superiors hierarchical to the support team.because if the support team make a mistake they need to answer to a higher authority.so.how can i contact that higher authority?

The support IS the higher authority. If a GM is not online, you can contact support by submitting a ticket through support.splitscreenstudios.com
