Need duel mode help

Please can anyone help me i have got myself put into duel mode and i don't know how to exit it. I have looked everywhere for the answer to this question but can't find any thing to help. So please help, thanks.

If you got it by attacking someone then it'll time out after a few minutes if you don't attack anyone again. If you own a building like a spawn camp or a claim then you'll continue to be a duelist as long as you control the building.
