My loading coelo ghosted me (Not WiFi issue)

This is NOT a joke.
My loading coel disappeared after loading for hours
1) tried restarting my pc
2) tired reopening game many times
3) tired restarting WiFi router still failed.
4) my WiFi works great just the game is struggling for some reason dunno why..

Solution please? Thank you.

I have the same problem, I don't know what is causing it

All of the below situations finally leads to the ceolo loading page then after hours of loading.. the ceolo disappears and brings me back to the first photo of the thread which i posted.

Only once I peaked through the map for a split second then doors closed and my ceolo disappeard. Been fighting this whole day.

(My WiFi works great, client opens quickly etc btw)

Oh you use launcher way to enter i usually just use game client instead of launcher cause i just click on icon on screen and thats it xD

Ps. yea your game does not load propertly cyber anky not showing just like coel shows it only partially loads something.
