My dino plus is having some serious problems

hello gm am getting some very serious problem with my dino plus
am lv 23 and my carno lv 22 the requirements (for dino plus) is
10 artificial DNA
7 sterilizer tincture
6 fossil fuel
yesterday i lv up to 23 before log out i check the requirements it was the same as above
then today i was taking my reward it was the same and i log out. 3hours later when i come back to search for requirements the artificial DNA has increased to 20 .
please if there is any bug in my profil fix it up as fast as possible.

I may be wrong but i think the game sometimes changes the requirements to level the Dino up because it has happened to me a few times

be patient with support I know it might seem like they don't care sometimes, but how many tickets you think they get every day? good luck and the only thing Plus does for you is double XP, also the nice fancy Plus gear

docgreenthumb you are new here. before i put dino plus it was showing this at the dino dock before you upgrade there will be a dino plus icon there when you put your mouse on it you will see it ask you half of the normal requirements

was just trying to help.... and not quite sure, but I don't think 9 months would be considered "new" anyways I have plus, doesn't change your requirements

I leveled up a dino to 23 about 2 weeks ago and the requirement was 20 dna, 9 sterilizer tinctures, 6 nonfossil fuel and $5,418 dd. This was a difference from the last time I moved a dino up to lvl 23 several months ago and the dna and tinctures were more, not sure about the fuel and dd.

I have noticed some of the upgrades that require more items now require less dd than they used to.
