just want to report the escort mission "Brachiosaurus Breakout" you can get from npc Chester Gordon in Mokon woods has some really stupid routing going on.

red dot is where one of the two brachiosaurs spawn. the last 5 or so times i've done this mission, the brachiosaurus takes this insanely long route that has been marked with the red line, ending where i am standing on the map at the tip of the red arrow.
however, just now this brachio spawned in the same spot, but took off in the direction of the pink arrow, making the trip significantly shorter and thus much faster to complete.
i have a hunch the red route is not actually supposed to happen, and is likely some routing freakout that is leftover from the map updates.
also taking this post as a moment to say, for the love of god, please add some kind of "master highways" on these maps that allow players to skip swiftly from the beginning, to the middle, to the end of the map. i saw dev reasoning for this "make maps one long road" design choice is to help players stay in areas within their level but i cannot remember this ever being an issue when i played over 10 years ago, and i was a dumby 12 year old, running around in the old maps.
