Missing Skins?

I have just checked my warehouse for the first time and noticed many of my old skins are missing, I have not played the game since Beta and i played up to the Halloween event, I remember having the white lava skin and halloween skeleton skins, Does anyone know what could have happened to them?

There were a few updates and at least one of them caused people to lose some items. I lost dinos but was able to prove I'd had them so I got mine back. Skins would be harder to prove lost due to an update, especially so long after you played. I'd try to find some pics and contact support. Maybe they'll be able to do something.
