Missing Character (Well, this is Awkward.)

Hello, all.

It has been a long time since I've been able to consistently play Dino Storm. However, I came into some rare free time and decided to revisit my account. I managed to login just fine, but when I got to the Character Select screen... Well, I was quite a bit shocked to see that my main character (Chishio) was... missing. She was at least level 21 or 22, and had almost all of the dinosaurs. I had many of them leveled up quite a ways, not to mention, I had spent real money on her account in order to get the Dino Plus, and purchased Gold on rare occasion.

So... now, she's gone. And, I'm pretty upset about it.
I've sent a ticket to support, but I haven't had any luck with a response yet.

Did I miss something?
Aside from being unable to be active for a while..? Which, is that a crime? Because, I'm worried that they might have deleted "inactive" accounts. If that's the case, that is extremely insensitive to people, particularly those who paid real money being a part of their game. I really, truly hope that this isn't the case, but it is stuck in my mind...

One reason for your missing player could be a hacker or you could have logged into someone elses acount

I won't dispute a hacker, but I will dispute logging in to someone else's account. It's not anyone's account but mine.

Support will not answer me, either. It has been a week, with no reply.

If those are the screen shots you sent support I doubt they can help. They don't show anything about the account, not even the name or server. If you've ever sent in a ticket to support with screen shots check to see if you had the time/date stamp on them. You can go to support and review the tickets and screen shots you've sent in even if you no longer have them on your computer.

Did you by any chance create a whole new character when you made your 2nd one? Maybe the user name is different from the 1st one.

I really wish we could edit posts. Did you normally see both the Saidai character and the Chishio account on the same screen? A hacker would too and would not really have a way of separating them and leaving you with just Chishio as far as I know. What server was Chishio on? If it was on America_2 you definitely would have a different username and they would both not be showing on the same screen.
