Yesterday's game resources update has led to a problem that is already affecting some of you: Previously collected reward boxes from the running Dinoball event have vanished from inventories.
We have located the cause of the error and are planning to deploy a game update that stops reward boxes from vanishing from inventories later today.
We have records of all reward boxes lost due to the error, and we are going to replace every lost box in the upcoming days.
