Hello GMs, support team, moderators, and community,
I am opening this thread to express my deep sadness and disappointment regarding the current state of player support and game design choices. I have been a loyal and active player since 2017, and I currently serve as an officer in my clan. This game has been a huge part of my routine for years, but today I feel like all my time and dedication mean absolutely nothing to the team behind it.
During the recent Dinoball 2026 event, I spent countless sleepless nights farming bandits, grinding bosses for boxes, and successfully passing the 1000 footballs. I completed absolutely all of those difficult achievements just to get the ultimate reward: the Retro Shapes skin paint. It took a massive amount of hard work and effort.
Regrettably, while I was farming Dino Dollars with a full inventory to level up, I made a quick human mistake. Due to the lack of a proper confirmation system in the game's interface, I accidentally sold my hard-earned event paint in the market. Because of this UI flaw and the fact that support completely refused to help me, I have practically lost the item I worked so hard for.
I turned to customer service, but the response was cold and heartbreaking. After waiting days for a reply, my requests were completely dismissed with automated phrases, basically telling me "case closed" because it wasn't a server error. It feels like they simply do not care about the players' time or human mistakes. We are talking about an item that requires weeks of sleepless grinding, which could easily be restored with just two or three clicks from an administrator. Instead, I was met with total indifference.
If it is possible, I am begging for a second chance. I ask the team to please consider making an exception and restoring my Retro Shapes paint. But if that is truly impossible, I urgently request that you add an "item lock" feature or a double-check confirmation prompt before allowing players to sell unique, non-recoverable event items in the market.
It hurts to see that years of loyalty and weeks of effort can vanish in a split second. If mistakes are human, the interface should protect the player, and support should be there to help, not to make us feel like we are wasting our time. I truly hope the developers read this feedback and implement a confirmation button for special items before more players lose their unique rewards to a single misclick.
The photo I posted is an example. That's the Retro Shapes paint job you get for completing all the achievements in the Dino Ball 2026 event, which was really hard for me, and of course, I had to check the profile for that photo. From my friend who has that painting, which is the same one I lost, and I deeply regret the loss.
The second picture shows that I have completed the Dino Ball 2026 event 100%.
Kind regards
