As far as I know you need to use the triforge to get either one of them, so that would make them equally rare.

What do you mean when you say better? The only difference between white lava, blue lava, or any other skin is the way that they look. So the 'better' skin is whichever one you prefer. Personally I like white lava though.

What Imean when I say which is btr, I mean which one is preffered and also which ones color shows easily and the overall crispness

Oh. Then white lava. The blue lava lines are very subtle and don't contrast with the black nearly as much as the other colors do.
