Hello!

Please try to do this:

- Check your internet speed;
- Update your java version to the latest one. Delete all temporary java files;
- Delete temporary internet files, cookie and cache from the internet browser history. Check if your window's firewall or antivirus is blocking java to access internet. Check if your graphics driver its up to date;
- try to use a cable connection to the internet
