Hey guys , i have some problem here :/
i've tried play Dino Storm at Internet cafe and its working normally,
but when i try at my laptop it showing error like this

1)Try to updated your computer graphic card and java . if its update then Please check your Anti virus setting make sure your java run is on normal mode .


2)Some time its happen also when we open many pages or tabs and java get overloaded . please close other other web pages or tabs if you expected some good graphic quality from game.


3)If you have good speed on internet then try following setting on java

a)Go to your computer control panel open java . if you can't find java then try to put control penal on classic View . then open java >>General >> Settings >> Delete Files.. >> Unmarked keep temporary files on my computer >> ok >> Apply .


b)Open Java >> General >> Settings >> Network Settings >> Direct Connection >> ok >> Apply


c) This method i use only in case of when i get crash in game . when you get Crash in game copy a text from Console and send to Support team Open Java >> Advanced >> Java Console >> Show Console

If the problem still remains after the solution provided by "primeoptimus" then please send ticket to support team along with the screen shots of your problem and java log file. Hope it will be resolved soon

Hello again
Bro your Anti Virus is blocking run game data on your pc . Please Allow them to run Game client or Browser on safe mode



if it's didn't work then simple turn off your Anti Virus . then restart computer after run your game .
i'm also pass this issue to support team . i hope they have better solution for this issue .

I also have a problem with logging in with 1 of my accounts. Every time I try to get onto it I get a message saying I have entered an incorrect password. I have sent tickets about it but all I have gotten is use the forgot password link. But, my problem is the email I have set up to that account was deactivated so I cant change it. Please either change my password and tell me or tell me how to change the email set to it.
