Healing after combat should be faster if you have protection

Title. After you are no longer in combat for 15 seconds with protection you should be back to full health, so that you can keep fighting more mobs faster. There's no balance related reason for this not to be the case.

Since there has been some difficulty in understanding I will make it simpler. Let's say you finish killing an alpha smliidon level 53, and you have 200,000 hp left. Right now, it takes more than 30 seconds at least for you to go from 200,000 hp to your full hp. I am saying IF YOU HAVE PROTECTION THEN IT TAKES 15 SECONDS TO DO THIS. Hopefully it is impossible to misunderstand

Well health recovery and fast recovery gels relate to when you die. I'm saying if you just become low on health and survive then you heal faster if you have protection. The gels only apply if you die
