I have a question about Penny quest giver. Many kill 1 brontops. Its annoying. Question: is it a bug or its that way 20 - 30 ppl on 1 brontops in small area?

if the request sits for awhile and not many people are doing the quest at the same time, more pop up but it's slow so, the more people, the less to show... annoying..
