Since this is the proper place to add feedback, I'll add more comments to this thread.
Each reward should have been in levels 5/10/15/20.
There should have been four quests (2 in GF and 2 in MW for each level) to get the (green, purple or blue...player's should be able to choose which color they want) skin/shirt/pants/pumpkin hat so everyone could complete event.
Also, there'd be a level min/max... but if players level up (from 9 to 10, 14 to 15, 19 to 20) during the event, they could do quests in 2 levels if they had enough time.
