Gold shop changes

I have to say this straight the recent changes to gold shops are unacceptable. Because PagSeguro stopped supporting PayPal, players in multiple regions lost a payment option. Waited patiently, hoping PayPal would return… and now we find out it’s gone for good
On top of that, support decided to switch many accounts back to the original shops, forcing players to pay much more for the exact same items they used to get at fair and normal prices. I refuse to spend more for the same content and I believe many others feel the same
The game is struggling. Active players barely exceed 100 on major servers. And instead of helping the community, these decisions feel like greed-driven money grabs that will push people away, not bring more revenue. Today countless players were affected and frustrated because of this
There was a thread discussing this that got deleted (I’ll attach a screenshot) deleting discussions doesn’t fix the problem it only shows disregard for the community.
Support needs to understand this isn’t just disappointing but also damaging. Reconsider this decision or at least give a clear explanation

The community deserves better than this

I 100% agree, its a total joke. There are shops where the 22k GC pack costs $55 or even more, which is straight-up absurd. It makes no sense at all. And its even worse when you realize a dino or a weapon costs 27k GC… its ridiculous, completely unbalanced.

I 100% agree, its a total joke. There are shops where the 22k GC pack costs $55 or even more, which is straight-up absurd. It makes no sense at all. And its even worse when you realize a dino or a weapon costs 27k GC… its ridiculous, completely unbalanced.
In some countries it costs 100€ (~116$)
And I think Canadian shops are even higher

PS: I'd rather save the money and buy GTA 6 when it comes out. It will be cheaper, literally.

1. Well the thread got archived as the user posted it was a duplicate forum account of another user here in the forum who wanted to stay undercover. This does not get really well with the general rules of the forum.

2. Payseguro dropped paypal for a reason and that was not in our hands

3. Most payments through paypal from payseguro was done through VPN to trick to get lower prices which is not allowed.

4. We moved affected accounts to their region they originally are from allowing them to use paypal again but with prices all others pay as well from the respective country.

5. Most users complaning here are not even from countrys that are affected by the removal from paypal on payseguro.

i love what the devs made and im super happy about it, they made a great job

I believe your dissatisfaction is legitimate, but I would like to point out that the problem is not the developers, but the payment processing companies that withdrew from the DS payment platform without even giving notice... so, I don't agree that the game is worse because of this, or that it's in crisis; this was an unforeseen event that caught everyone who used this method to circumvent payments off guard.

We all know that maintaining servers costs money; everything related to keeping this game online costs money. How would they do it if they weren't making a profit? I say that if there are really only 100 players playing Dino Storm per server, it's a true miracle that we still have the game online and can play it.

I believe your dissatisfaction is legitimate, but I would like to point out that the problem is not the developers, but the payment processing companies that withdrew from the DS payment platform without even giving notice... so, I don't agree that the game is worse because of this, or that it's in crisis; this was an unforeseen event that caught everyone who used this method to circumvent payments off guard.
Another problem is how they calculate prices for each country. They have a singular shop for all eurozone countries. The Eurozone currently has 21 countries, with average monthly salaries ranging from €600 in Bulgaria to € 7,000 in Luxembourg. Having one single price for all Eurozone countries doesn't take into consideration that

Yes, I agree that this could be discussed and agreed upon between players and developers.

regarding point no. 4. move ALL accounts to their region they originally are from to be fair with ALL. ALSO activate all the available payment options on MY account - including paypal etc)

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the recent change made by the company, which altered the store region of multiple accounts without users’ consent. This action ցույցs a lack of transparency and respect for the community, especially since it directly affects how players make in-game purchases. It appears that this decision may have been made with the intention of increasing profits, while completely disregarding the player experience. However, this kind of practice often has the opposite effect, driving players away and harming the longevity of the game itself. Many players, including myself, are being negatively impacted, facing difficulties when trying to make purchases and continue playing normally. This creates frustration and demotivation, which can ultimately lead players to quit the game. I hope the company reconsiders this decision, restores the correct settings for affected accounts, and adopts a more transparent and respectful approach toward its community. Otherwise, actions like this may directly contribute to the decline and eventual end of the game

Consider creating unified shops across regions, or a single international shop with the same prices for everyone, just like most platforms. Or if you want to keep regional shops they need to make sense at least.

Also as I do research, PagSeguro still supports PayPal as an option, I think the issue here is with you guys either wanting to do this shop changing to players as you possibly saw many using Brazilian shop.

Regarding the store region adjustment, the payment provider Payseguro discontinued support for PayPal. To ensure fair treatment for all players and to remain compliant with payment partner policies, affected accounts were restored to their actual region. This allows those users to continue using PayPal with the correct regional pricing.

Further, we want to be clear that this decision was not about increasing company profits.

We understand that changes affecting purchases can be frustrating, but these steps were taken to preserve fairness and stability for the entire community. Most of the complaints we have seen on this topic originate from players who were not impacted by the PayPal change on Payseguro in the first place.

Consider creating unified shops across regions, or a single international shop with the same prices for everyone, just like most platforms. Or if you want to keep regional shops they need to make sense at least.

Also as I do research, PagSeguro still supports PayPal as an option, I think the issue here is with you guys either wanting to do this shop changing to players as you possibly saw many using Brazilian shop.
the "explanation" is if you live in a country who is "poor" you will have lower prices but if you live in a "rich" country you will pay absurd prices because why not you can "afford" i suppose

servers of this game lag if way too many player exist at same place at same time its kinda sad considering this game is MMORPG.

I have 70e in my main acc Polish shop and I dont yap lot xD idk why you guys must have lot of gcs with cheap way lol

Why you guys need 120k gc with cheap way? Buy by yours own shop lol. You getting an benefit from other who arent buying/selling accs or else such. Its smeelss ass hurts cause you guys cant afford with main country yours against ppl who keep buying since years by own shop. Dont get mad on me but it is not devs fault

Stones? Hallo? Stones? Upgrades 5 lvls? I did 2 months 7 stuffs cybers from 50 to 55. Kills took me nearly year can you do it too? No? Change game or mind.

70e? that's also cheap, there's accounts where 22k is 115e. I don't know why you must have a lot of gcs with cheap way lol

guys problem is this game almost dead and their shops fr are expensive for this game its not like everyone will pay 125$ for 22k or 60e 22k not matter price but yeah need make new prices cuz we last hope for this game ig if u guys want still alive change smth cuz alot players quit after this shit </3
