Gold puchase - An Error occured

Hello, I have problem with purchasing from the gold store. Normaly I would go to the support but I cannot register there because I can't get through the registration process, Captcha is always Incorrect. So I am here. When I try to buy gold everything is going fine, my bank allows the purchase, but then I am sent to a site with an error- An error occured, your purchase was cancelled. It has been happening for a few days now. I have brought gold before without issue.

Please contact payment support about this issue. If this would be your first time contacting support, you will need to register a support account:
  1. Go to https://support.splitscreenstudios.com/
  2. Click on "Register" and follow the instructions
  3. Watch your email inbox for an automated email from the support system that contains a verification link; click that link in order to activate your support account
  4. Return to https://support.splitscreenstudios.com/ and log in with your support login data
  5. Click on "Get Help" and follow the instructions

Hello, I found out with help of your wonderful support staff that my problem was that I had a VPN protection on. So all is good now, Thank you :)
