Changes & Fixes
- Greatly reduced out of combat timer to 6 seconds
- Reduced the travel sick effect down to 24 seconds
- Greatly increase the out of combat HP recovery when recovery attributes are used (implant, clothing)
- Improved game client local runtime environment checks.
