Adjustments to Mechanics Behind Kill/Defeat Achievements

Adjustments to Mechanics Behind Kill/Defeat Achievements
- Made adjustments to the effort-based mechanics responsible for determining whether a kill/defeat counts for the achievement or not.
- Our goal is to have these mechanics grant the achievement to everyone who does their fair share in killing/defeating enemy units or other players as part of a group. We found that the mechanics did not always meet this goal and as a result achievements were often denied to players who actually did their fair share. This was especially noticeable with Elite Cyber Groups.
- Added info text on the nature of the "Fair Share Mechanics" to the tooltip already available for the relevant PvE & PvP kill/defeat achievements.
- Fixed an issue where Elite Cyber Groups could be localized in the game world by using the "Find more" feature on certain loot items.
- Fixed that loot would sometimes drop in areas inaccessible to players. In general, loot will now drop closer to where the enemy unit was defeated.
- Made loot drops more visually pleasing by adjusting both the animation's arc and adding a little temporal variation.
- Changed the "picking priority" for interacting with items in the game world so that loot items are now higher prioritized than other clickable objects (such as objects spawned in certain quests). This means it should no longer be a problem when loot drops within the bounds of a clickable quest object.
- Fixed that after being defeated it could take anywhere between 0 and 10 seconds for the relevant window shown in the run-up to resurrecting to be displayed. The window will now show up swiftly after defeat, and right-click/x button in top right corner will minimize it for 8 seconds.
- Added an option to no longer show the window that suggests getting PvP Protection after being defeated by an outlawed player. The option can be found at the Ranger Outpost in Dinoville, located near the portal to Goldfields.
