Game Update February 11, 2026

Around 7:45 AM UTC (08:45 CET), game servers will restart for a game update to be deployed.

Visual Dinosaur & Weapon Evolution
  • Redistributed visual evolution changes so that they are better spread across the game's level range, all the way from level 1 to 55.
    • Major changes to weapon and dinosaur looks happen at alternating intervals (eg. dinosaur look has a major change at level 10, weapon at level 15, dinosaur at level 20…).
  • Dinosaurs are now growing in size based on their level.
    • To amplify the effects of this mechanic, low-level dinosaurs are now a bit smaller than before, whereas max level dinosaurs are a whole lot bigger than before!
      • At level 25, dinosaurs are just as big as before the update (below: smaller, above: bigger).
    • Added "growth spurt" steps inbetween major dinosaur appearance changes where the dinosaur's size will noticeably increase. These steps are inserted in a way that growth spurts and major changes happen at regular intervals (every 5 levels, there is either a growth spurt or a major evolution change).
    • NPC dinos are now also scaling in size according to their level.
    • Monstrous and Giant dinosaurs have become a lot bigger as well!



Boosted Drops Power Gel
  • Added new Power Gel "Boosted Drops" for increasing one's personal drop rate.
    • The new Power Gel is available in all variants (Class A to C, Supercharged).
  • Variants A-C each provide a stacking 10% boost, while the Supercharged 30d variant provides a non-stacking 33% boost on drops.
  • Variants A-C can also be obtained through the Auction House in Dinoville.
  • Variant A (1h version) is also dropping as loot during regular gameplay.

Level Progression Balancing
  • Greatly increased amount of XP that is given through mobs, leading to faster leveling.
  • Slightly increased amount of XP that is given through quests, leading to faster leveling.
  • Reduced amount of quests per NPC to satisfy their demands (faster completion of quest NPCs).
    • Adjusted achievements revolving around completing NPCs accordingly.

Other Changes & Fixes
  • Adjusted the 3D mesh for Travel Gates so that the much bigger high-level dinosaurs still fit under the ring structure. Brachiosaurus in particular was having a hard time with bumping its head.
  • Removed a few broken "Headscarf" customization items that could drop from Elite Cyber Groups.
  • Smoothed the transitions between different dinosaur walk/run animations.
  • Fixed that under certain circumstances object bounds could be incorrect, resulting in incorrectly sized selection markers etc. (an example of a vastly oversized selection marker could be observed at the tutorial area's drinking trough).
  • Slightly reduced Power Gel flag-style indicator spacing in HUD, as it is now possible to have up to 7 different PGs running at the same time.
  • Fixed Experience Gain Power gel display to show the right bonus (including the XP bonus from DINO STORM PLUS) in the reward window (when receiving XP from quests).
  • Slightly adjusted the lower left DINO STORM PLUS section in reward windows.
    • The text adjacent to the large shield icon now changes when DINO STORM PLUS is active.
