Fix acc sharing issue

The devs could create a limit threshold for account to jump from PC device to PC device or laptop. Maybe making transfer of account only 5 times a month. And after the month end it will start from 0 again.

Idea from efootball mobile Konami for them they can change device 9 times per month

As far as I know, you can use your dino storm account on any desktop with windows operating system.
Since it looks like they don't check MAC or IP of the region.
