2.Does Agility Implant makes Dodge Attack skill (for Pachycephalosaurus) more effective (provides bigger chance to dodge enemy attack)?

Yes and yes, but the agility works with every dinosaur.

I think you misunderstood the question. He's asking if they directly affect the skills, as opposed to simply stacking on top of them. This is actually something that I've been wondering myself.

Recovery heals you more and faster when it's implanted and agility just makes you dodge attacks more.
