Enough is enough

Its been over a year since the password on my account was changed. I don't know how it was I never gave my info to anyone. I have tried changing the password but the email set to the account doesn't exist anymore and its not working. I have talked with gms and sent tickets to support but nothing as been done. I know I wasn't banned because I have talked with people who were banned and its nothing like that. So when are you gonna help me out?

Yes I have tried. I have sent mulitiple tickets and i always get the same answer of use the forgot password link but it doesnt work for me

I just want a way to do 1 of 2 things. 1 to be able change the email set to that account to 1 that still works or a way to change the password even if support changes it for me. I dont want to lose all the work and time i put into it because something went wrong that i had nothing to do with.

You act like i have pictures of me playing the game. Its been 2 years since i started playing and i dont have the email for that account anymore. All i have is the orignal password and username for that account thats it. If support cant help me out dont expect much praise from me anymore. This game is slowly turning to crap its frankly its sickening to a long time player like me

Did you use a "throw-away" e-mail address which has expired?

I don't see how you can blame the DS people if you have no proof. I could also contact them and say I am Dark Zilla, I can't get into my account and ask them to reset it for me. Not that I don't believe you but they would be in a lot of trouble if they gave you access to the account and found out it wasn't yours.

Thing is i have posted proof. I have sent the email address along with the password i had, which wasnt a throw away 1 but for some reason it stopped working, the username of the account, the password, pictures showing it said invaild password when i tried to restart, and pictures of the email website saying there was no information of the email i had set to it. The reason i have been mad is that with all the tickets i have sent half never got a response, told me the same thing, or when they asked for more and i responded nothing happened.
