Recentemente perdi acesso ao meu e-mail, nisso queria saber se tem outra forma de trocar ele pois o método normal exige que eu verifique a caixa de entrada do e-mail atual, porém não possuo mais acesso a ele infelizmente, então gostaria de saber de alguma outra alternativa para trocar o e-mail da conta
