fps depends on both monitor refresh rate and which resolution for screen you pick(there is also forcing nvidia(as in picking it as option to run ds) making your fps drop as you walk when amd and nvidia are packed together that happened to me too)

Do you have any step-by-step tutorial on how to set this up? My monitor has 75Hz, but sometimes the game lags so much that it drops to 30 FPS.

You use PC or laptop?(m case is laptop and only when i connected external monitor to nvidia instead of amd did i get exp to normalize unfortunately since it doesn't go over 60 hz that way im stuck with 59-60 hz otherwise on laptop monitor fps is fine if its amd used instead of nvidia forced via settings for me.)
