Dino Storm Will Not Launch

I need help getting my game to run, I just bought a new laptop because my old one stop working, I have Alienware laptop. This issue I am having, when I login, download the launcher, and it runs it's update (if any), then it proceeds to the loading screen, but then it gets hung up and it's closes out. I have updated all of my drivers and such, so I don't understand why this isn't working.

I am currently using the latest Windows 11, I have Trend Micro as my security for Anti-Virus software, when I send report to Microsoft, it tells me it's incompatible with my new pc. Any help and suggestions would be greatly appreciated

I also need help with this, Dinostorm doesn't work when it starts loading the actual game in the menu after it gets all the data and everything. I've been wanting to play this game for YEARS
